GoHighLevel Pricing 2026: Starter, Unlimited and Agency Pro Plans Explained

Quick answer: GoHighLevel (the company calls the product HighLevel) has three self-serve plans: Starter at $97 a month (3 sub-accounts), Unlimited at $297 a month (unlimited sub-accounts) and Agency Pro at $497 a month (adds SaaS Mode and rebilling with markup). Paying annually costs $970, $2,970 and $4,970, roughly two months free. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and users and starts with a 14-day free trial. Phone, SMS, email and most AI usage are billed on top through a prepaid wallet. All HighLevel figures checked September 2026 on gohighlevel.com/pricing and the HighLevel help center.

HighLevel is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform built mainly for marketing agencies: CRM and pipelines, funnels and websites, email and SMS, calendars, reputation management, courses, and a white-labelled app you can put your own brand on. The subscription price is simple. What makes GoHighLevel pricing confusing is everything around it: usage charges, per-sub-account add-ons, rebilling rules and SaaS Mode.

This guide covers each plan and what it includes, the white-label and SaaS Mode costs, every usage and add-on fee HighLevel publishes, the free trial terms, three worked cost scenarios, and the main GoHighLevel alternatives with their current prices.

How Much Does GoHighLevel Cost per Month?

GoHighLevel costs $97, $297 or $497 per month depending on the plan, before usage. Enterprise pricing is quoted separately. Here is the full plan grid as HighLevel publishes it:

Plan Monthly Annual Sub-accounts What it adds
Starter $97/month $970/year (about $81/month) 3 All core features, unlimited contacts and users, 24/7 support
Unlimited $297/month $2,970/year (about $248/month) Unlimited Everything in Starter, plus rebilling of phone and email at cost (no markup) and basic API access
Agency Pro $497/month $4,970/year (about $414/month) Unlimited Everything in Unlimited, plus SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with markup, user and agent reporting, advanced API access
Enterprise Custom quote Custom quote Unlimited Dedicated customer success and account managers, private Slack channel, premium support, white label mobile app and HIPAA compliance included, higher API limits

Annual billing saves $194 on Starter, $594 on Unlimited and $994 on Agency Pro compared with twelve monthly payments. HighLevel says there is no long-term contract on monthly billing: you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the dashboard, and an upgrade mid-month is charged as the prorated difference.

What a “sub-account” means for your bill

A sub-account is one separate business workspace inside your agency account, with its own contacts, pipelines, calendars, funnels, phone numbers and automations. Agencies typically create one per client. A solo business owner usually needs just one. That makes the sub-account limit the main difference between Starter and the higher plans: Starter caps you at three, while Unlimited and Agency Pro let you add as many clients as you want without the subscription rising.

Contacts and team members are unlimited on every plan, which is unusual. Most marketing platforms, including HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and Kartra, charge more as your contact list or seat count grows.

What Each GoHighLevel Plan Includes

Starter ($97/month): one business or a very small agency

Starter includes the full core feature set HighLevel lists on its pricing page: the website and funnel builder, CRM and pipelines, email and SMS marketing, inbound and outbound calling, unified conversations, social media planner, workflow automation, forms and surveys, booking calendars, Ad Manager, reputation management, payments and invoicing, courses, communities, the HighLevel mobile app and API access. It also includes the AI tools (Conversation AI, Voice AI, Content AI, Funnel AI, Reviews AI), though most of those carry usage charges.

The catch is the three sub-accounts and the billing model for usage. On Starter you cannot rebill phone or email costs to a client inside HighLevel, so an agency on this plan pays all usage itself and recovers it through its own invoices.

Unlimited ($297/month): the standard agency plan

Unlimited is the plan HighLevel labels “most popular.” It removes the sub-account cap and turns on rebilling: phone system and email usage can be passed through to each client’s sub-account at the same price HighLevel charges you. It also unlocks basic API access and the dedicated email IP add-on, which HighLevel restricts to the $297 and $497 plans.

Agency Pro ($497/month): SaaS Mode and resale margin

Agency Pro is built for agencies that want to sell HighLevel as their own software product. It adds SaaS Mode (covered in the next section), automatic sub-account creation when a client signs up, rebilling with a markup, user and agent reporting, and advanced API access. It is also the only plan where you can rebill AI Employee usage and resell most add-ons with your own markup.

Enterprise: custom pricing

HighLevel does not publish an Enterprise price. The plan bundles items that are paid add-ons elsewhere (white label mobile app, HIPAA compliance, premium support) with account management and custom development. If you already need two or more of those add-ons, it is worth asking for a quote.

GoHighLevel White Label and SaaS Mode Costs

“White label” means two different things at HighLevel, and they are priced very differently.

  • White-label desktop web app: included. HighLevel’s pricing FAQ says you can connect your own domain and white-label the desktop web app so clients see your logo and branding when they log in, not HighLevel’s. There is no separate fee listed for this on the pricing page.
  • White label mobile app: $497 a month (or $1,491 a quarter). This is a branded version of the mobile app published under your agency’s name. It is an agency-level add-on and is included in Enterprise.
  • Branded Client Portal App: $49 a month per enabled sub-account. This is a separate branded mobile app for a client’s community members, which you can resell.

SaaS Mode is only on Agency Pro. HighLevel describes it as turning the platform into your own sellable software: clients buy a subscription on your website at a price you set, their sub-account is created automatically, and you earn recurring revenue on the subscription plus a markup on SMS, email and other usage. There is no extra fee for SaaS Mode itself beyond the $497 plan, but an agency serious about reselling often adds the $497 white label mobile app, which puts the fixed cost at roughly $994 a month before usage.

The rebilling rules are the part most pricing articles gloss over:

Capability Starter Unlimited Agency Pro
Phone system and email usage Paid by you Rebill at cost Rebill at cost or with markup
Email validation Paid by you Rebill Rebill
AI Employee usage Paid by you Paid by you Rebill
Dedicated email IP ($59/month) Not available Available Available
SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation No No Yes

GoHighLevel Usage Costs: Phone, SMS, Email and AI

Usage is where GoHighLevel bills diverge from the sticker price. HighLevel charges usage through an agency wallet: your card on file loads credit, each call, text, email or AI action draws it down, and the wallet auto-recharges when it falls below the minimum you set. HighLevel’s own pricing FAQ calls these the costs outside the subscription: phone numbers, SMS, emails sent and premium AI usage.

LC Phone (calls and SMS)

HighLevel’s built-in phone system, LC Phone, is priced to match Twilio. US and Canada rates published in the help center:

Item Price
Local phone number $1.15/month
Toll-free number $2.15/month
SMS, outbound or inbound $0.00747 per segment, plus carrier fees (about $0.0025 to $0.01 per message depending on carrier and direction)
MMS, outbound $0.022 per segment, plus carrier fees
Outbound call (US) About $0.0166 per minute
Inbound call (US, local number) About $0.01165 per minute
Call recording / transcription $0.0025 / $0.024 per minute
A2P 10DLC registration (required to text US numbers) $22.50 one-time for low volume, $64 for high volume, plus monthly campaign fees of up to $2.10 (sole proprietor), $1.50 to $10.50 (low volume) or $10.50 (high volume)

LC Email

Sending through HighLevel’s built-in email system costs $0.675 per 1,000 emails on all plans. Email validation, which checks addresses before you send, is $2.50 per 1,000 validations. A dedicated sending IP is $59 a month on Unlimited and Agency Pro.

AI Employee

HighLevel’s AI features (Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI, Content AI, Ask AI and AI Studio) come under three billing options, each applied per sub-account:

  • Pay-per-use: no monthly fee; you pay token or per-action costs. Examples from HighLevel’s AI pricing article: Reviews AI at $0.01 per review, Content AI at $0.063 per image and $0.0945 per 1,000 words, and Voice AI at a $0.045 per minute engine charge plus text-to-speech and model tokens.
  • AI Employee Growth: $50 a month per sub-account, with monthly allowances (for example 100 Voice AI agent minutes) and pay-per-use rates after that.
  • AI Employee Unlimited: $97 a month per sub-account, with unlimited Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Content AI subject to a fair-use policy.

Phone charges still apply to Voice AI calls on every AI plan, and Agent Studio is pay-per-use on all plans. Rebilling AI Employee costs to clients requires Agency Pro.

GoHighLevel Add-Ons and Their Prices

Beyond usage, HighLevel lists optional add-ons. “Per sub-account” items are charged for each client workspace you switch them on for, which is how an agency bill grows quietly.

Add-on Price Billed
WordPress hosting $10/month for 1 site, $220/month for 25 sites, $497/month unlimited Agency plan choice
SEO (powered by Search Atlas) $79/month Per sub-account

Workflow Pro (premium actions) $10, $25 or $50/month tiers; otherwise $0.01 per premium execution Agency
Dedicated email IP $59/month Per IP

Can I Use GoHighLevel for Free?

No. HighLevel has no free plan. It offers a 14-day free trial on any of the three self-serve plans, with full access to that tier’s features. Two terms matter before you start:

  • A card is needed and billing starts automatically. HighLevel’s pricing page says billing begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
  • Usage is not free during the trial. The same page notes that usage-based fees for phone, SMS and third-party services may apply while you are trialling. A2P registration fees are charged when you submit a campaign, whatever the review outcome.

You may see longer trials advertised on affiliate sites. The trial on HighLevel’s own pricing page is 14 days, so treat anything else as a partner offer and check its terms.

GoHighLevel Cost Scenarios

The three examples below are estimates built from HighLevel’s published September 2026 rates and the usage assumptions stated in each. Your bill depends on how many clients you have, how much they text and call, and which add-ons you switch on.

Scenario 1: solo marketer or single business (Starter)

Assumptions: one sub-account, one local number, 1,000 outbound SMS segments, 5,000 emails and 300 outbound call minutes a month, registered as a sole-proprietor A2P sender.

Line Estimated monthly cost
Starter plan (monthly billing) $97.00
Local number $1.15
1,000 SMS segments at $0.00747 plus about $0.004 carrier fee About $11.50
5,000 emails at $0.675 per 1,000 About $3.40
300 outbound minutes at about $0.0166 About $5.00
A2P sole-proprietor campaign fee Up to $2.10
Estimated total About $120 a month (plus $22.50 one-time A2P registration)

On annual billing the subscription drops to about $81 a month, putting the same setup near $104. Adding AI Employee Growth ($50) or the SEO add-on ($79) would each move the total more than all the messaging combined.

Scenario 2: small agency with 10 clients (Unlimited)

Assumptions: 10 client sub-accounts, each with a local number, 2,000 SMS segments and 20,000 emails a month; AI Employee Growth switched on for 4 clients.

Line Estimated monthly cost
Unlimited plan (monthly billing) $297
AI Employee Growth on 4 sub-accounts ($50 each) $200
Agency’s fixed software cost $497 (about $50 per client)
Client usage: numbers, SMS, email and A2P fees across 10 clients About $390 to $480, rebilled to clients at cost

Because Unlimited rebills phone and email at cost, the usage line passes through to each client’s card and stays off your margin. AI Employee cannot be rebilled on Unlimited, so the $200 is recovered only if your retainer covers it. At this size, Unlimited is clearly cheaper per client than any setup that bills per contact or per seat.

Scenario 3: agency reselling HighLevel as SaaS (Agency Pro)

Assumptions: Agency Pro plus the white label mobile app; 30 clients each paying the agency a hypothetical $149 a month for a branded software plan. The $149 is an example price the agency sets, not a HighLevel figure.

Line Estimated monthly amount
Agency Pro plan $497
White label mobile app $497
Fixed HighLevel cost $994
Client subscriptions: 30 x $149 (example price) $4,470 revenue
Usage (SMS, email, AI) Rebilled to clients with the agency’s markup

In this example the fixed cost is covered after seven paying clients. The arithmetic ignores your own costs of support, onboarding, payment processing and churn, which decide whether a SaaS Mode business is actually profitable. Treat it as a way to test your own numbers, not as expected earnings.

Is GoHighLevel Worth the Money?

It depends on how many tools it replaces and how many clients share the cost.

  • Usually worth it: agencies managing five or more clients that would otherwise pay separately for a CRM, funnel builder, email platform, SMS tool, scheduler and review tool. Unlimited contacts and users mean the price does not climb as client lists grow, and rebilling keeps messaging costs off your margin.
  • Harder to justify: a single business that only needs a CRM and email marketing. At $97 a month plus usage, a focused tool can be cheaper, and HighLevel’s breadth brings a learning curve and setup time that a one-person team may not use.
  • Watch the variable costs: AI Employee and add-ons such as SEO are priced per sub-account, so switching them on across 20 clients multiplies quickly. Set wallet recharge limits and review the per-sub-account charge breakdown in Settings, Billing each month.

Is GHL Better Than HubSpot?

They are built for different buyers. HighLevel is built for agencies running many small client accounts at a flat price, with white-labelling and resale. HubSpot is built for one company’s marketing and sales team, with deeper reporting, a larger app ecosystem and pricing that scales with seats and marketing contacts.

On price, HubSpot’s Marketing Hub Starter lists at $20 per seat per month (HubSpot was showing a lower introductory price when we checked), with 1,000 marketing contacts. Marketing Hub Professional starts at $800 a month with three seats and 2,000 marketing contacts, plus a required $3,000 onboarding fee (checked September 2026). For an agency with many clients, HighLevel’s Unlimited plan is far cheaper. For an in-house team that needs advanced attribution and enterprise reporting, HubSpot is the more complete product. See our HubSpot CRM vs HighLevel comparison and best HubSpot alternatives for more.

What’s Better Than GoHighLevel? Alternatives and Their Prices

No single tool copies HighLevel’s full agency model, so the best GoHighLevel alternative depends on which part you actually use. All prices below were checked September 2026 on each vendor’s pricing page.

Alternative Starting price Best for Key difference from HighLevel
ClickFunnels $97/month (Launch; $81/month billed annually) Funnel-first businesses Limits contacts, workspaces and domains by plan
Vendasta $99/month minimum (Starter) Agencies reselling a marketplace of products Minimum-spend model; Professional ($499) and Premium ($999) need a 1-year contract
SuiteDash $19/month (Start; $180/year) White-label client portals on a budget Much cheaper, unlimited contacts and staff; lighter on SMS and funnels
Systeme.io Free plan (2,000 contacts); paid from $17/month Solo creators and course sellers Genuine free tier; Unlimited plan at $97 includes sub-accounts
Kartra $59/month (Essentials, 500 contacts; $52 billed annually) Coaches selling courses and memberships Priced by contact tier; 5% transaction fee on the entry plan
HubSpot Marketing Hub Free tools; Starter lists at $20/seat/month In-house marketing teams Per-seat and per-contact pricing; Professional from $800/month plus onboarding

Which is better, ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel?

Both start at $97 a month. ClickFunnels’ Launch plan gives 1 workspace, 5 custom domains, 2 team members and 10,000 email contacts; its Scale plan ($197) raises that to 5 workspaces and 75,000 contacts. HighLevel’s Starter gives 3 sub-accounts with unlimited contacts and users, plus a CRM, phone system, calendars and reputation tools that ClickFunnels does not focus on. If you mostly build and sell through funnels for your own business, ClickFunnels is the simpler product. If you serve several clients or need calling, SMS and pipelines in one place, HighLevel gives more for the money. Our HighLevel vs ClickFunnels comparison goes feature by feature.

Keap and ActiveCampaign

Two other names that come up often, Keap and ActiveCampaign, price by contact count and do not show a fixed price without entering your list size, so we have not listed a figure. Both are stronger for a single business’s email automation than for running many client accounts. For the full field, see our HighLevel alternatives list and the wider marketing automation software category.

Which GoHighLevel Plan Should You Choose?

  • Starter ($97): one business, or a freelancer with up to three clients who is happy to absorb usage costs.
  • Unlimited ($297): an agency with four or more clients, or one planning to grow past three. Rebilling at cost alone usually justifies the jump.
  • Agency Pro ($497): only if you will actually sell HighLevel as your own branded software, or need to mark up usage and AI. Otherwise it is $200 a month you will not use.
  • Enterprise: high-volume agencies already paying for HIPAA, premium support or the white label mobile app.

Start the trial on the plan you expect to use, set a low wallet recharge amount while testing, and check Settings, Billing after the first week to see what usage actually looks like. For more on the platform itself, read our GoHighLevel review, see the HighLevel pricing page on Spotsaas, or compare costs across the market in our CRM software pricing guide and CRM software category.

How we checked: plan prices, add-ons and trial terms were read on gohighlevel.com/pricing; usage rates on HighLevel’s help center pricing guide, LC Phone pricing guide and AI product pricing article; competitor prices on each vendor’s own pricing page. All in September 2026. HighLevel notes its pricing is subject to change, so confirm on its site before you buy.
